During free shipping promotions, U.S orders may take up to 8 business days to arrive at the destination. Total time to the destination also includes processing, which may take 1-3 business days. ESTER CO. reserves the right to change the pricing structure of our shipping, at any time, without prior notice.

STANDARD SHIPPING

The cost for US standard shipping is $4.99, regardless of the size / weight of your order.
For US orders, your order will be delivered to you within 8 working, business days, after you place your order (excluding weekends and Public Holidays).  
Your order can be delivered anytime between 7am and 9pm. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver on Public Holidays. In this instance please expect your shipping on the next working day.
Shipping rates will be applied to each ship-to address in the order. Shipping rates may change without notice. We collect Sales Tax on Shipping & Handling, where applicable, and pay it to the state to which we’ve shipped your merchandise.It’s a State Tax regulation. City & Local taxes may also apply.
If you are not home to accept the shipping of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card advising you of the re-shipping / collection.

OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES:

We currently do not ship outside of the US.

We reserve the right, without prior notice, to limit the order quantity on any product and/or refuse service to any customer.

 

Returns

RETURN POLICY 
All orders are accepted for refund or exchange. EXCLUSIONS: We are unable to accept items where the sewn-in garment tag has been cut or removed.

Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your product. Items must be in new and in unused condition with all tags attached.

You must submit a returns request to sales@esterco.com. We will provide you with our return mailing label and confirm whether an exchange or refund is required. Please include your order number when e-mailing. Our customer service hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm PST. We seek to respond within 24 hours (weekdays).

There is no restocking fee. Return shipping to be paid by customer. Incorrectly/defective shipped items must be claimed within 7 days of receiving your product in order to ensure proper handling. If a refund has been approved, please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to reflect in your statement. Items returned without authorization will be disposed of without credit being issued or shipping being reimbursed.

Please expect slight color variation when ordering. Occasionally different computer monitors will show a slightly different shade or one bolt of fabric will be lighter or darker than another.
